Billing & refunds
For questions about a specific top-up transaction or a refund request, write to billing@adhunter.org and include your client login, the task ID (or top-up ID) and the transaction hash if applicable. See the Refund Policy for what we can and cannot refund.
Abuse & compliance
If you believe an AdHunter customer is using our service to promote content that violates Google Ads policies, applicable laws or our Terms of Use, please report it to abuse@adhunter.org with the destination URL and any supporting screenshots. We investigate every report and reserve the right to suspend offending accounts. We do not disclose the identity of the reporter.
