Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdHunter service, available at https://adhunter.org (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service in any other way, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AdHunter is a managed service provided by AdHunter Team ("AdHunter", "we") that performs the technical configuration of advertising campaigns inside the Customer's existing Google Ads account. The Service is intended for advertising professionals and agencies. AdHunter is not affiliated with Google LLC, Cryptomus or any other third party referenced in the documentation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and not be a person or entity prohibited from receiving services under the AML and sanctions regimes that apply to AdHunter and its payment partners. You may not use the Service if you are a citizen or resident of any country listed as restricted by our payment provider.
3. Customer obligations
- You are solely responsible for the legality of your advertising materials, the destination websites you promote, and your underlying business activity, in every jurisdiction you target.
- You must own or be authorised to use the Google Ads account, payment cards, proxies and any other resources you submit to AdHunter.
- You must comply with the Google Ads program policies, including the Google Ads acceptable content policies, and any other rules of the third-party advertising platforms you use.
- You must not submit personal data of third parties to AdHunter unless you have a valid legal basis to do so.
4. Acceptable-use policy
The Service may not be used to launch, configure, manage or otherwise process advertising campaigns whose subject matter falls into any of the following categories:
- illegal goods, services or software, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods and stolen credentials;
- gambling, lotteries, sports betting, casinos or any other game of chance offered without the licences required in the target jurisdiction;
- adult content, escort services, dating sites that operate as covers for the previous;
- financial pyramid schemes, HYIPs, "investment" services promising guaranteed returns, unregulated FX or binary options brokers;
- cryptocurrency mixers, "money muling", "drop" services or anything else that has obvious AML risk;
- medical claims that require regulatory approval the customer does not hold;
- any other activity expressly prohibited by Google Ads policies, by applicable laws of the customer's or end-users' jurisdictions, or by the AML policy of our payment processor.
AdHunter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a task at any time, including after the funds for it have been held on the wallet. Refused tasks are refunded in full to the wallet.
5. Account and authentication
You are responsible for keeping the credentials used to access the Service confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify AdHunter immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. AdHunter applies multi-factor authentication, login auditing and other security measures, but cannot be held responsible for damage caused by lost or compromised credentials on the customer side.
6. Pricing and payments
Prices for individual tasks are listed on the Pricing page and are reflected in the customer dashboard at task creation time. By submitting a task, the customer authorises AdHunter to hold the corresponding amount on their wallet and to charge it on successful delivery. See the Refund Policy for details on partial penalties and refunds.
Top-ups are denominated in USD. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrencies via the Cryptomus payment gateway. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the Service credits the wallet according to the gateway's webhook. Cryptocurrency payments are inherently irreversible — please double-check the amount, network and address before paying.
7. Service-level expectations
AdHunter operates on a best-effort basis during business hours in the operations team's working time zone. We do not provide a contractual SLA for individual launches. Typical task completion is from a few minutes up to several hours depending on operator load. AdHunter does not guarantee that any campaign submitted to Google Ads will be approved by Google's review or that it will deliver any specific advertising outcome.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. The customer may close their account by writing to support@adhunter.org; the remaining wallet balance is processed under the Refund Policy. AdHunter may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms or that abuses the Service, with or without prior notice; in cases of fraud or AML risk, the wallet balance may be frozen pending investigation.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AdHunter makes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of dealing. AdHunter does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdHunter's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to AdHunter for the task or top-up that gave rise to the claim, capped at one hundred (100) US dollars in any case. AdHunter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or special damages, including lost profits, loss of advertising spend or loss of advertising accounts due to third-party platform actions.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AdHunter from and against any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) the content of advertising materials you submitted; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operations team's seat, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be resolved by competent courts in the same jurisdiction.
13. Changes
AdHunter may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard and/or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
